Bought a mattress on 04/07/18 with a day the mattress sunk in, called and made a complaint some from the claims department came in took measurements and said that there is defect and some one from the store will reach out, since no called us i called the store and Spoke to Natalie she claimed to be the store manager, she refused to acknowledge that there was a defect. since we did not purchase the extended warranty from them we are getting a run around. The worst furniture store and the worst service . That is why they push for the extended  because they get paid  commission on it, if i had bought it they would have taken care of me since i did not they refuse to help.

I had selected bed, mattress and sofa two weeks ago. Sales person was very nice, he educated us with the details on furniture we selected and made us happy and confident about buying. Five stars for him!!
Unfortunately, delivery team is not that great. They answered all my questions very rudely plus i had to rescheduled my delivery with couple of times. On first attempt they didn't have anything to cover their shoes with them and i didn't want them to take their shoes in my apt. When i spoke with delivery supervisor he told me i had to come up with something for them, may be shoe covers or enough blankets to cover my apartment, which i didn't like so i said i would rather just cancel the order.
Now store called me back saying that delivery people will come with enough blankets but this morning again they showed up without enough blankets. So i asked them to use shoe covers even though I had told them i am not going buy shoe covers i had bought few just in case and they said they can't use it because of safety reasons. i told them i understand that but these are made of clothes so you will be safe plus if you weren't going to use it why the hell did you ask me to buy some. Finally, I had to use some from my closet for them. I guess i just wanted to get over with them. 
Plus, they don't accommodate times, they only schedule day not the time during the day. They will give you call the day prior to your schedule day, just to give you 3 hours’ time window. so for example you scheduled delivery for Tuesday they will give you call on Monday and tell you the 3-hour time window for Tuesday. so basically you have to take whole day off even though you could work out the schedule with half day off only. 
From my experience i would say if you decide to buy furniture from this store don't get delivery from them, do your own delivery. Front desk person to supervisor, whole team is just horrible, may be delivery guys were okay as they didn't say much but it is not worthy to waste your time and money!!

My history with Raymour and Flanigan entails four different experiences, each with a worser than the next. They promise fast shipping, but it currently is taking a week+, on top of that, they assembled part of the furniture, realizing they lost half of the material. Now I have to wait longer for them to bring in a completely new furniture. They now have addressed this and compensated us, but after all of these experiences I do not think I will be getting furniture from here for a long time.

Awful customer service. They delivered the wrong couch twice and never even offered as much as an apology. They rush you through signing the paper work just to leave out major details and then hold it over your head in the long run.

Brought some bedroom furniture from this store. It was infested with bed bugs company will do nothing to help with the problem. Don’t buy here it’s not worth the hassle. 

Don’t buy here!! You will get bed bugs !!!
