Wow.. I'm at a loss. What an awful experience. I went to check out the gym about a month ago without knowing anything about it. After being given a tour (which was really just following someone around for a total of three minutes as they pointed to the general areas and said virtually nothing), I was given pricing that seemed reasonable and accepted. The next day, I received a call from the manager who indicated that the pricing I agreed to was a mistake, but offered to honor it. This didn't inspire confidence in their organization, but I accepted. A few weeks later, I noticed charges on my credit card number that didn't add up to what they offered. I called to inquire, but they couldn't explain the difference. Someone called me back later and explained that there was another initiation fee that wasn't accounted for and that I was accidentally overcharged another $32 for an unknown reason, but that it would be refunded once they figured out how to process it. At this point I'm quite frustrated and suggested that they refund the second initiation fee to make up for all of these on-going miscommunications. Instead they decided to cancel my membership all together. What a waste of time..... What an incredibly disorganized and poorly run business. Avoid at all costs.

This place pads th e bill beware I had my birthday ruined by these unethical people dirty robes and stinnky slippers never again I traveled to many countries with zero problems till I came here

Love this Spa. The staff are always friendly and eager to please. They help make the total experience stress free and relaxing. Highly recommend
