I have tried to cancel my membership, they still want to charge me for the next month. I'm still in the process. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER. ... That's how they get you. They are still taking money out of my account. BEWARE...

(Scroll down a bit and you'll see tons of people with the same problem) I canceled my membership (by going into this location and signing account cancellation paperwork) before moving from Austin a little over a year ago. However, I continued being charged - not only ~$10 a month, but a ~$50 account renewal fee as well. This went on for a few months without me noticing. As soon as I found out, I gave them a call and let them know what had happened. They couldn't verify that I had ever canceled my account (from what I assume to be a clerical error) and asked me to come back in to their location in order to fill out the paperwork again. I drove back to Austin (where I no longer live) and filled out the same exact paperwork again. They continued to charge me. I called a few months after I filled out their paperwork for a second time and AGAIN, their was no trace of it. They asked me to come to their location in person and fill out more paperwork. I can't afford to keep driving to Austin over clerical errors on their end! OVER A YEAR LATER, and I'm STILL being charged! They can tell that I haven't used their facilities in over a year, yet continue to force me to visit their location in order to sort this out, when it never actually gets sorted out. I'm having to change bank cards over this now, and will never get a refund for the 100's of dollars which have been effectively stolen from me by this company and their incompetent staff. Every time I file a dispute over this, it works out in their favor since I initially gave them my card information and they can't find any paperwork on my cancellation. NOTE: Find a more reputable gym who doesn't blame their customers for the mistakes of their employees, or make sure that you get a copy of every single thing that they guys make you sign. Though, I'm sure they will come up with some excuse for not being able to provide that to you over "security reasons", like they do when they refuse to "cancel my account" without me visiting the location in person every single time.

It's a lot better than the one on riverside. My GF drives out of the way passing up the one on river side to go to this one

This gym has a lot of room and many exercise machines. I usually go before 4 and never have a problem waiting to use the machine I Need. The staff is friendly and the gym is clean.. The only thing I would want are paper towels in the bathroom so I can wipe my face after a workout. They have hand-drying machines in the bathroom.

A good inflow of yoga pants. Sensible layout. Very accessible location. Several Ingress portals in parking lot. Current manager is awesome....gym plays primarily bubblegum pop on the sound system, the cube lockers are constantly locked with the doors open, not much is ever done when members are banging weights (even when I inform the staff) and the trainer seems lackadaisical.
