I had a custom murphy bed, desk and entertainment center built in my house a few years ago from Stone Creek Furniture.  At the time I purchased a five year warranty on wood care repair.  I just called them and requested service on two doors that do not close properly and to fix a small ding in the wood.  I was never told that this five year warranty that I purchased would involve a trip charge of $125.00.  Needless to say I am beyond upset, they have lost any future business from me.  I think when you spend over $6,000 dollars and purchase an extended warranty I should have been told.  Disappointed customer to say the least.  I will be posting on every website I can find to discredit this business.

This was one of the best companies I have ever worked with.  They completed a kitchen remodel in two weeks, built in a bar and pantry and built custom bookcases and an entertainment center.  All of the employees I worked with were very professional and we constantly get compliments on their work. I would say the craftsmanship is very good, not excellent, but for the price, it's a great value.

I had a very difficult time with this company.  Buyer beware and if you feel something isn't right, back out of the deal.  The quality of craftsmanship is not what I was expecting.  It seems some people are satisfied but I ignored the warning signals all along so I blame myself mostly for the issues.
