Friendly and super clean with a really nice seating area for a garage, but not pleased with the work. I asked them to check my power steering fluid, which I knew was low and was told it was fine. Almost got in an accident later in the week because the steering wheel seized on a turn - bone dry. Also asked to make sure my oil change light was reprogrammed. I wasn't and I ended up trying to reset it myself in the cold in a poorly lit parking area. Both of my requests were standard with an oil change and neither were met. Makes me wonder what else wasn't done. In all fairness, they got me in and it was the last appointment of the day. But I was looking for a shop to eventually do more work on my car and they didn't win my repeat business.

I've been a customer of Meineke since 2013. They're great and always have been since day one. They always took care of me and my friends that I referred to them. The people are superb and so is their skill in cars.

Tom was great. I dropped off my car before the location opened. I received a call by 8:45am that it was done and ready to pick up. this is my second service at this location and I have been pleased with the service each time. look forward to taking my car back again.
