Jim and Megan in the office went above and beyond. They work with you and get you out under budget from what everyone else cost. Plus they are the only ones open at 0730 on a Saturday. Love that I can get things done in the weekend and early to save day. Great customer service and just all around love to the customer. 
Definitely will return for all my vehicle need a since my car is not under warranty from Nissan.

Went in for a oil change and brakes on all wheels came home and the next day found oil was leaking out of car from Oil pan gasket and valve cover . Went in to have it checked at jiffy lube, they checked my fluids and found out I had no brake fluid in my car! I just went in for brakes at mieneke on all wheels that should have been full.
                 Will never go to Mieneke for anything ever again and have used them 3 times before. They  have gone down hill and sometimes work is good and next time horrible. Can't take that chance of hit and miss workmanship. Choose another auto repair!

Very happy customer!  Needed front brake pads and after several calls to various places around town I decided on Meineke. Best decision ever. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and they got me in and out in about an hour. Best of all, their pricing was MUCH lower than others. Great service at a great price,  what more could you ask for!

I'm not  much on reading reviews, so I gave this place benefit of the doubt because it was close to our business.  They never seem to be that busy, so I figured I could get right in. Now, I will pay MORE attention to reviews before I go somewhere after my nightmare here. First of all, I have an extensive mechanical background and I was once an ASE Certified Master Mechanic, and come from a long line of Mechanics, (NOT technicians)!  I am no longer in that line of work, as I have changed fields due to now owning my own business in the construction industry. Yes, Paula is a bit rude and has no tact, but that's not my issue with this place. One of my work trucks needed a simple repair with the air conditioning system, and this simple repair turned into them telling me my WHOLE Air Conditioning System needed to be replaced. And when confronted, I received 3 different and unrelated stories from 3 different people who worked there, one of them being the OWNER. I believe that they are just trying to run up the repair rates by replacing things that don't need replacing and not fixing the REAL issue.  They have lost my personal as well as business vehicles forever!!  I also had taken my personal car there for the struts to be replaced sometime ago, and intermittently drove the vehicle for 5000 miles, and noticed the ride had gotten much worse. So, I purchased NEW Struts and to my shock, when uninstalling the old ones that they had supposedly put on, they appeared to be OE, and had not appeared to have ever been done.  I guess they assumed since it was a luxury car, that I would not get my hands dirty and check things for myself...WRONG !!! They looked like the ones I originally had on there BEFORE they supposedly replaced them.  
The ONLY reason there is 1 star on here, is because I can't post this until there is at least 1 star, which they do not even deserve it. 
BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!
