We dined in and had pizza here on our road trip. I love that they have vegan options. Our server Lauren was very friendly and attentive, always looking back at our table to make sure we didn't need anything, even though it was quite busy. Great service. I had the Veg Out pizza with vegan cheese, which I've had before and always enjoy.

I order the same pizzas every week. Tonight one of my pizzas was missing toppings. Thomas, the cashier offered to remake the pizza.  I asked to speak to the manager. Katrina assisted graciously assisted me and personally remade BOTH pizzas!  This type of service keeps my family coming back to Mellow Mushroom …. week after week .  The staff and the food are fantastic!

Went to the River City store in Jax Florida today.  We picked up 2 pizzas for lunch and were extremely disappointed. We got a mighty meaty thin crust and it was HORRIBLE.  The toppings were sparse and the crust was soggy. See the pic below.  It was a far cry from what we’ve had in the past. Not sure if we’ll go back.

I ordered Caesar salad small for 7 dollars and they brought me Lettuce with bread croutons. I was ripped off! My boyfriend ordered a burger but it was nothing special ,only bread,meat and sauce. Will never come back again.

They made me a dairy free pizza and it was amazing! I'm a huge fan of Mellow Mushroom whenever I find one. The takeout process was easy and the team took great care of us. I'm always happy when a place takes my dairy allergy seriously. This was the first pizza I've had in years due to a dairy issue and they made me something I could eat and enjoy. I highly recommend the food and service here.

We went here for my husband's birthday. The beer selection was great and the menu is unique with lots of choices. The spinach artichoke dip was delicious. We also ordered 2 pizzas, which I'll admit did take a while to get to our table but we were enjoying our beers so no biggie. When they did come, our waitress informed us that the kitchen had gotten my husband's pizza wrong and that they were remaking it. She gave us the mistake pizza for free, which actually turned out to be really good. All 3 pizzas turned out great and our waitress was awesome!

We visited on a busy Saturday night. It was super packed when we got here but the wait was impressively fast. We were seated and our waitress, Caitlyn, was great! The food came out quickly and was really good! We got the house special and two kids pizza. Thanks for a great night!

I swear I could live the rest of my life and never eat at another restaurant.   We have never been disappointed here.  Drinks, appetizers,  pizza, sandwiches, salads. You CAN NOT GO WRONG.  Add to that - the insanely good service.  Tanesha absolutely knocked it out of the park.  She was friendly, super informative,  and just a joy to have met!!!  15/10 recommended.

One of my local favs! And always get the same thing! Never disappoints and the service is always fantastic!
