Fast and friendly service. My pizza was excellent  made exactly as custom ordered and fired while I waited. I loved the blood orange lemonade and warm brownie. The staff is always kind and I love the choice of toppings available.Food: 5/5

I usually have a great experience.. however over time the presentation and friendliness of the staff has drastically decreased. My pizzas were cut horribly but they did taste great. I would just suggest stressing presentation to the staff.

So, the kitchen is nasty looking and filthy. The place smells. All the tables were dirty. The manager was sitting in the lobby doing paperwork. The employees looked unengaged. We ordered 2 pizzas. Both were burned. How do you burn something you are constantly looking at and turning? I'll tell you! Unengaged employees and an absentee manager and a dirty oven. None of the hand sanitizer dispensers worked. The toilets were disgusting.  And the drink area was filthy. Let me just say, I won't be going back there any time soon. Save your money and drive to the Town Center!  Features: None

This was my first time to a Blaze Pizza. Everyone was very friendly and patient with me while I figured out what I wanted.  I opted to make my own pizza. There are so many choices of sauce, cheese, toppings and drizzles. I had red sauce, mozz, mushrooms, onions, garlic and a balsamic glaze.  We also had a side of breadsticks with pesto. The pesto on cheese bread was different,  but I was impressed with how good it was!  Overall, a great experience.

So impressed with the customer service we received tonight!  I had an issue with the bake quality of one of our pick-up order pizzas. I was immediately told that it would be redone and offered a beverage while I waited. Everybody apologized and did it with a sincere smile and great attitude. Shelby manager came over a minute later, apologized again, and handed me a coupon for a free pizza!  Mistakes happen but how you handle them and treat your customers is what sets you aside as being great. I will undoubtedly be returning to this location for their great customer service and delicious pizza!  And you have to try the cheesy bread, it’s melt-in-your-mouth good.

I went to the Rivercity location on Friday and had a fairly mixed experience. What I believe to be the general manager seemed very unaware, slow and not very fun at all. I believe one of the employees called her Genita. Maybe needs more training? A boy named Sam however was the exact opposite. He was such a big help and even recommended this delicious cheesy bread with my pizza. I don’t usually leave reviews for places I’ve eaten but Sam performed very well and seemed to command his team with enthusiasm Is he a manager? Overall not a bad experience.

I came in earlier today and I absolutely loved the staff. Food was good but service was even better. I came in later in the afternoon and Sam, Yesly, and another yonna and Cassie are super stars! I used to work in food service so I understand the purpose and importance of polite and fun people. Lemonade was a little sweet but everything tasted fresh and great. Stop by as soon as you can!

Love Love Love this Blaze Pizza! Definitely a regular for me and my family. Cassie, one of the managers, is so very nice and helpful! the customer service is the best! Definitely hit up blaze pizza river city if you want something cheap, yummy, and full of beautiful customer service!

A friend told me about Blaze! What's better than building your own personal pizza!? ANSWER: Not much. I love switching up my combinations, but some how, it's usually a version of a meat-lovers. Prices are good and the service is fast. It's a great lunch stop or anytime they're open stop.Food: 5/5

I had a problem with my Order and this is my first time trying Blaze pizza. The customer service was great and Hunter made my experience a great one, I would definitely return since I don’t live so far and recommend to family and friends. The location is very clean and all staff very friendly and professional. Thanks again for a great experience.
