Got delivery for dinner. It was pretty tasty. I'll admit the first experience wasn't very good because things were stale and missing. I gave it another shot and this order was awesome. Everything was here that was supposed to be. I'm not a fan of the ranch though. The peppercorn ranch was a bit much and no option of plain ranch disappointing!
Friendly service. Order was ready quickly and correctly. Tasty food. Wish they had their ice tea available even though it was close to closing.
I normally stop at another location near my house on the other side of town, but, I was really hungry the other night and stopped here..and I'm so glad I did!! Ya'll were really busy, and that parking lot is something else..but I was greeted quickly and kindly by the staff and my order was taken quickly by the young lady at the register. The line was super friendly and they worked seamlessly together. You could tell they were trying to get everyone's sandwiches made correctly, and they were communicating very well together to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. What a Great team!! I think the young man that ended up handing me my sandwich said his name was Chase ? He was very friendly, had a big smile and told me to have a great night! I have to tell you that lately, customer service skills has really gone downhill in the world, but the staff at this location has me thinking I may travel all the way out this way for my sandwiches from now on. Whatever you're doing, keep it up!!
Their subs are so tasty! My favorite is the turkey, bacon, ranch. The bread is really what ties it all together and separates Firehouse from the other sub shops. I’m not a big a fan of their app, it can be a bit glitchy, but the service is always wonderful. The parking lot at this location can be a bit sketchy though, it’s very tight and very busy.
Lmao… Responding to “Tha Boss’s “ comment 5 comments down… No one is required to say happy birthday to you. Nicca!, What you want a cookie? What are you? Like 5 years old or something?… You’re a grown boy Damon! No one has to acknowledge your bday… Just be happy you were blessed to see another year… But I will say that I don’t know if it’s just the airport location, but the prices are a little higher than other locations. I was charged almost 17 for just a sub. No combo or anything extra. Just the sub. I could have just went across to 5 Guys for that price…
I ordered two subs online, I specifically do this so 1. It gives them time to make it 2.They can see exactly what we want on each sandwich and there is no verbal miscommunication. My husband picked the sandwiches up and sadly didn’t check it before he brought it home. The sandwiches were poorly made, slapped together to be specific, we got toppings we didn’t ask for, we didn’t get the toppings we asked for and the sandwiches were completely incorrect even though we named each sandwich. It was like they basically said they don’t care what we ordered they’re going to give us whatever. Be weary of ordering online because it’s clear making your request in black and white is just not sufficient.
You can tell they don’t wipe down the knife when they cut the sandwiches when you find bbq sauce on your sandwich that doesn’t even contain bbq sauce.
Very dirty restaurant! The Coca-Cola ice machine didn't work or was empty. The other tea machine looked discusting. The floors needed to be swept when we walked in, there were bits of food under just about every table. Shortly after we ordered and sat down one of the firehouse employees came out and swept. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The food we ordered came out hot and the orders were correct.
Went to this location for my birthday sub. They wouldn’t let me upgrade my free medium to a large even though I offered to pay the difference. I ordered the medium sub anyway but no one even said happy birthday to me. In the middle of a busy service the manager left the line to heat up soup in the microwave leaving his workers to struggle behind the line. I will never go back to this location. The dining room was dirty and the bread tasted stale. The soup my friend ordered was still cold. Not worth the price we paid.
Probably the stupidest order ever received. Who makes a Philly cheesesteak with just meat, raw onions and Mayo. Obviously they care nothing about there job! I’m now heating my meat, grilling the onions and adding my own cheese. People that work in the food industry could care less these days. Obviously they hate their jobs. I take that back, my husband ordered a Big Mac and got it with a filet fish one time so I guess that makes this the second stupidest ever.
