I've been a customer at this Men's Wearhouse location for several years now & the service has fluctuated some during the busy seasons & while they have been searching for the right type of staffing. I can happily say that over the last two months their service has had the strongest uptick I've seen since I first walked in this store. I most recently worked with the store manager, Edward, & a wardrobe consultant, Ryan. It seems that Edward has brought on the right type of staff & has listened to customer feedback. The store now has a strong staff base, many of whom are long-term employees now under good leadership. They're providing some of the best service I've ever worked with and I would gladly recommend this store to others. I do recommend taking a look at their online store prior to visiting the location to view styles/brands. Coming prepared with what you are interested in allows them to help you better. Keep up the good work MW.

We ordered clothes in early April for my brother's wedding. All we ordered were collared shirts, jeans, ties, and vests, and we still didn't have all of our clothing (for six of us) in late August. None of the clothes were special order or tailored in any way. I personally stopped in to the store six times and called three. Every time I stopped, I was told somethibg like "we'll have it next week", which obviously wasn't true. At this point I'm just hoping we receive the rest of our clothes before the wedding.

The lady was rude and literally only showed us one suit. When I asked if there were other options she told me that was what was in style and she'd give me time to decide. Then walked away. Like here it is. Take it or leave it. Went to Boston store instead. Nicer suit. Less money.
