This place is a joke. They have out of style, old, worn clothing and I brought in new without tags PINK clothing and other items and they refused everything. They told me my clothing was too worn and old. They were purposely trying to be insulting. They said they had too much stuff that wasn't selling to accept my new stuff. Maybe if you hadn't bought garbage in the first place you could fit items like a brand new PINK top on your racks.

This place is a joke. I read all of the mostly negative reviews before I brought my daughter’s very expensive jeans to Plato’s Closet on the west side of Madison and similar to most of the other reviews I received the “we’re not going to take anything from your supply.”  Not sure who these folks are buying from but we won’t be back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.....this particular store SUCKS balls.  I used to buy from them but when I started selling they never took any of my stuff - they always come up with these lame excuses like “wear and tear” or “out of style” and most of my stuff I only wore once or still had the tag on...I mean COME ON! Get a grip on business....ZERO STARS

I've taken my stuff there many times and they never buy more than 2-3 items. I work at the mall and most of my stuff has been bought within the last year and still has tags on. They always tell me it's too worn out or too old, which is not true because I haven't even worn half the stuff I take there.  If you look through their racks of clothes most of it is extremely worn out and cheap/trashy looking. I don't get it. Never selling there again.
