Never had a bad experience, been coming here for years. This week my insurance company made some sort of change to my prescription number. Without even asking the pharmacy tech looked into it and resolved the issue. They then refunded the extra money I had paid for multiple prescriptions this week. This saved me the hassle of calling and dealing with insurance companies and saved me money right away

Pharmacy department = terrible service and no apology for their repeated mistake. After they told me my Rx would be ready "tomorrow" on 4 different occasions throughout the week, I went in and spoke with the Pharmacy manager, Chris, and he told me it was "discontinued" and also very rude with no apology. That was my 5th time there trying to obtain this "discontinued" medication they told me 4 times would be there "tomorrow." I asked about going through another pharmacy, and he said it wouldn't do any good since it's been discontinued. This morning I called another pharmacy who said BOTH of their suppliers had it and they even called Walgreens for me to have it transferred. That's good service. Before dealing with the manager, I did speak with Marc who was very helpful, but the manager was AWFUL. I could have had this a week ago had I just went somewhere else.

I came here late at night to pick up a few prescriptions for my mother, who had broken her arm earlier in the day. The pharmacist's bedside manner was quite poor. He didn't help my father because the ID card he had didn't say the word 'prescription' and he was otherwise unhelpful with other suggestions. It was 2:30 A.M. and it had been a long day, so we wanted to leave quickly and just paid cash. Later we found out there actually are prescription benefits that would have helped us out there. Also, I'm not sure if he was sleep deprived, but multiple times he'd repeat back exactly what I said, almost like it was a joke. I gave this two stars instead of 1, because we at least did get the prescriptions that night.

The daytime staff is horrible. I dropped off a script and they told me to wait, ok, so I wait. 45 mins later they tells I can't fill my script for awhile yet. Ok that's fine, but why did they make me wait 45 mins for something the computer tells them right when I dropped my script off?? One of pharmacists was very rude on top of all that. I normally come to this location at night, after 10pm. The night time staff is really great. They go out if their way to help me. I'm never going to this location during the daytime ever again.
