I have gotten nothing but outstanding service from the team at this location(Silver Spring, MD). From getting a last minute purchase and fitting for a sport jacket before heading out of town on business, to getting that just right accessory for the new season, this is a dedicated an hard working group. I noted some of the negative comments about the store(I just made a purchase there today), and was a bit surprised. In defense of the team at this store, they are operating in 1/4 the space and with 1/4 staff of another location I frequented in another city (Omaha, NE). This Silver Spring location delivers the same outstanding level of service...however when the store gets busy, they get stretched thin. I have been and will continue to be a customer here. thanks, mj

Took a chance after reading all the poor reviews, and I'm very glad that I did. Service was awesome, the sales staff was great. I don't want to speak for everyone, but all other patrons in the store seemed quite happy as well.

Tailoring is awful. Go to another location or a better suit store to get better service & alterations taken care of.

I wanted to change the shoes I got from them. They were extremely rude about it. They didn't care about helping me at all. They also insisted on giving me the new shoes from the display and not an unworn one.
