I love NY&CO they have really stepped their game up. The new lines are fashionable and their staff are very helpful and always greet me when I come in the store. I love shopping their, my experience has always been delightful.
One staff member always go above and beyond to help me find outfits and helps me put them together with accessories and has even help me step out of my box with what I normally wouldn't wear. She is the best if you go their look for her you'll know her when you see her she is always dressed in NY&CO Clothing I shop by what she is wearing...

I do not recommend shopping at this location. The manager is very cold. The store doesn't the greatest in selections. I've been to better managed NY&CO locations. Tried to use a coupon the store mailed to me. When I was purchasing my items, I was informed I couldn't use my coupon. Then at checkout, he printed out more of the same coupons. This location makes NY&CO feel like a scam and not a reputable company, where I love to shop.

This location is smaller than other NY&C stores so it doesn't have all the stock that other stores do. That said, it's convenient to downtown Silver Spring, the staff is courteous, and the prices are good.

I have went here three times in the last couple of months. The manager that works there is very rude! In fact when I stated I was looking for an item that was on sale online he stopped helping me and ran to help another customer who had more items. However I will never go back in that store he is just a rude person. I do recommend going to the NYCompany in National Harbor Mall. They are professional. The problem with the one in silverspring is that he shouldn't be a manager. he should probably go back to remedial training.

New York and company's style of fashioning products is youthful and relaxed. Prices are reasonable. Lots of discount's chances in a year.
