They cannot actually help with mental illness, waste of time and insurance money. They have you wait for months and then tell you after 2 visits that they cant help you with anything. If they cant even provide you a letter for an esa( emotional support animal) which a mental health provider snd licensed one at that can provide one, then obviously something going on.(not the reason went in but was a small aspect of it) Please ,unless you have absolutely no other option , dont supply them with your insurance money. I will say this, they are pleasant people but they just cant do anything for you. So with that take it how you see it.

I called for emergency help about a month ago for my adult son who was having a paranoia episode that scared us at home. I was put on hold about 10 minutes, then when a man finally talked to me, he told me to call the police for them to asses my son. The police came, but told they cannot do anything and I was almost arrested for asking what does my son have to do bad so you will take him for help with his paranoia twice cause I was desperate for my son to get help. Cops left without taking him to mental facility. What do parents have to do to get help. My husband are both 66 years old. Anyone who can help, please reply.

I went in last week for my depression, seen a doctor about 16 hrs after arriving who spent quality time with me something I don't usually get from my own Dr. He adjusted my meds and I spent the next 4 days in the ward where I was treated with respect and kindness from all the staff they even scheduled me a follow up appt for next week. Overall a very positive environment and the food was great to😃

When my Son used to have times when he couldn't handle life I would have to being him to MHRC..I am grateful to have had a place to help me to handle those times....We who have challenging family members need to try and understand what it takes to treat our sometimes not willing family member to be there.. My son has gone home to be with the lord now...but I am so grateful for all of the Mental health doors open to help me with him...

This place is apparently a joke for people with mental illness. Had a family member Baker Acted due to multiple threats of suicide and threats of murder and arson. Doctor released him in less than 24 hours of being brought in.
