This is the worse place to go . They are unprofessional. They don't know what they are doing. I will never advice someone to go to that place. very poor management. All they care about is money not you as a patient. Poor service. I wish i can give them one star.

This is a shockingly money-driven practice. Patients fill in new-patient paperwork on a tablet with a credit card swipe attachment. Once you get to the HIPAA/consent form section, there is a consent form allowing the SALE OF YOUR MEDICAL RECORD to pharmaceutical companies for marketing and research purposes. I'm not usually one to read all of the details before signing, but it is necessary at Baymeadows Healthcare. We went to the facility for an immigration physical, which they provide for a relatively reasonable price. There are a LOT of add on fees to the immigration physical, and they will attempt to tack on as many as possible. The doctor was relatively efficient and friendly though it was clear he had not read the record before walking in the room. I don't know that I would return for a true medical concern. The medical assistant was on the lower end of capable. The male nurse was outstanding, and the sole reason that this isn't a one star review.

I would give them zero stars of that were an option. I have been a patient here for two years and although I really like my doctor, I cannot tolerate the crazy rate changes not the absolutely rude and incompetent "business manager", Mr. Imam. They have changed the self pay rates twice now without notification to patients. I went to my appointment expecting to pay one price and was told I had to pay double! I did not have that amount and tried to explain that I am on a medication that cannot be discontinued abruptly or I would become very ill but that did not matter to anyone there. The business manager was one of the rudest, most incompetent men i have ever had to deal with. He told my husband and i that they did not have to let patients know when rates would be changed, claimed that the new rates were posted on a kiosk that hasn't even been in the office for months and months, and very hatefully said "You just need to pay your bill, this meeting is over!" I have never been treated like this in a supposed "professional" office in my life! Like I said, I am a long term patient and have always paid for my visits but apparently that doesn't count for much to this practice. I was talked to so rudely by this man that I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and I've never done that to anyone!

This place is awful! How can you consider yourself walk-in but not notify people that you close for lunch from 1 to 2 everyday? Arrived at 12:40 and was told to wait till 2. Seriously?? Do yourself a favor and just go down the street to Crucial Care! This place is a joke. I’m sure all the pill seekers are the ones giving them good ratings.

Staff was awesome but wait times are horrendous. Had an appointment at 2:30 and was asked to arrive at 2:00 for registration which I did. Finished just before 2:30, was called back at 3:00. Didn’t see the ARNP until 3:56. She ordered tests, waited until 4:45 for the MA to come back in and draw me. After two attempts she couldn’t get me (no fault of her own, I have horrible veins) and I have to go to Quest now to get my blood drawn. I didn’t leave until after 5:15. That is just too long for a basic appointment. I like the staff and the provider so I will probably stay, but I just need to make sure I don’t have any plans within the next few hours after my appointment so I don’t have to reschedule them.
