I had the distinct pleasure of purchasing my first Mercedes from the Lynnwood dealership and it was truly an amazing and easy experience. I drove all the way from Seattle rather then repeat the negative experiences I have had at other high end dealerships and will get all my service here as well! The manager Kyle greeted me immediately followed by the owner, John, and both were extremely courteous and sincere. Dennis, my salesman, was informative, low pressure and very patient with my endless questions. I felt listened to and respected. I walked out of the dealership with the car of my dreams and can not wait top return for my next one! Highly recommended! Michael Ten Le Has been a trusted consultant throughout our dealings (involving three cars) with MB Lynwood. He is a very nice caring person--not your typical "sales guy". He Has also been incredibly knowledgeable about the features of the car and good at explaining them to us. We're very happy with him and the dealership in general. German efficiency and excellence at its best!

I have nothing but praise for the staff at MB Lynnwood. We worked with Don Powell, he’s a fantastic representation of Mercedes brand and knows exactly what he’s selling. We are by no means easy customers, we walked in without an appointment, with little idea of what we wanted. He was understanding and proficient, and definitely fulfilled our needs. Most impressively, he came in on days off to make sure we had a smooth and stress-free experience. Don’t bother going elsewhere for your Mercedes needs.

Highly recommended! Mark Davidson helped us to buy our first Mercedes-Benz and he was awesome! I can’t say enough good things about his professionalism. It was an amazing experience.

Amazing experience! Our family has been in the Lexus family all our lives and I came in very skeptical and concerned. Besides the great price and an amazing car we got, I definitely value the customer service and professionalism I received from their staff, Mr Kevin Lee. Since it was a car for my wife I was very picky but compared to the other dealerships I experienced he went beyond his role to help me find the right model and fit for my need. No pressure but honesty and professionalism. I would definitely come back for my next car.
