Wow. They hooked me up with a horrible deal and tell me they can help me refinance after a year. Well that was a big LIE just to make a sale. Horrible people down there at auto loan usa. Definitely go somewhere else. They will tell you what you wanna hear then just forget about it. Now I'm going to a new place to refinance my car. Crappy people building crappy karma.

At USA auto loan today, great experience, very helpful, got me in a new car today. Wasn't expecting a new car, but was approved for new, thanks to Tom, and all the great people at USA auto loans. You guys are Amazing. Thank you so much.

I've bought several cars over the years and never enjoyed the experience one bit. After numerous lemons, broken promises and flat out lies it resulted in me thinking negative of all dealerships.. When my boyfriend said he wanted to try out these guys I was hesitant, and honestly thought he was crazy.. Well, you can guess who got their way... And to my surprise EVERYONE was very helpful, honest and made me feel 100% comfortable. I would def recommend Auto Loan USA! Abu, Marvin, Tom, Scott and everyone else... You guys rock! Thank you

I recently got a car from auto loan USA in lynnwood, everything was fine until they start pulling string about the bank need this and that. I work for group home live-in for disabled people, and I already explain how my job is, I work long hours and I'm always working if I don't answer pls I'm at work I can't be on my phone while at work.... But before that they took back the Chrysler 2015 and switched it to a charger 2012 and this is just two weeks I've had the Chrysler 2015. I ask them before I took they handed me the keys for the charger, is this vehicle is safe because I use my car to take my clients to their appointments and important stuff that needs to be done and not only that my family who also is in the car with me. Well, needed to say took it to this one shop in Lakewood and the charger 2012 needed so many thing to fix and the guy recommended it's not safe to take my client anywhere with this vehicle. I brought it up to their attention and they wanna change the subject about something I need to verify for the bank, I'm talking about my safety and all they care about is a paper and they still let me drive the charger that is not safe??? So I brought that up to their attention they didn't wanna help me but two days later they have two guys stop by my place and towed the 2012 Dodge Charger. They knew what they did wrong and they also knew the deal with my Denali insurance but they used that as an excuse.... The supervisor who I already explained the kind a work I do and told him about my work policy, that didn't stop him from blowing my phone up but I always answer because I didn't want them thinking other wise. And again I explained him that I can be on the phone while at work I begged him please I will work on it on my day off, in three weeks which I had the following month free may payment don't start until the 5th of may. Anyways I got suspended from my work obviously someone reported I was on my phone. Now they took back both cars they told me you'll get back all your $2000.00 dollar deposit back and we will give it to you in a check because that's how they do it. I drove up to lynnwood and they always shut me out, the manager their was being so rude, I explained pls I want my money back like you guys promise this is not right I don't have to beg for my money back! He shut the door on my face and left me out he didn't wanna help me... the told me it only takes two to three days process and we will give you back your money, the third day I called and the supervisor answer, he said to give him a copy of my depit card so he can wire me the money, I was confused because they told me to they will give it to me in a check??? So I did and he only gave me back $800.00, It's been a month since the took back both of their car and I haven't got my $1200.00 back. Everytime I called I begged, I say please, all I want is my money back and the supervisor said to me, "HOW DOES IT FEEL LIKE WAITING?" Like seriously I told him I was at work I answer most of the time even though I know I can't because I really needed that vehicle for work😪! And now every time I call they pretend that the line is messed up and hang up, other times they will put me on hold and hang up on me.... I took your words that the charger was in good condition and I lost my job because they did an inspection on the car and the car wasn't safe for my client. Do mind you I was already suspended from the phone situation.... That wasn't enough trouble you guys already put me through all I want was my money back..... I won't recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this terrible and heartless people you'll ever meet, and let me tell you they will kiss your behind the first time you walk in there after that you find one thing that's off about their deal watch them turn their backs at you!
