They get 2 stars because I LOVE my car, but they are turning out to be the classic used car salesmen that we all hate. I paid more than Kelley Blue for my car, I’ve seen MDX with similar mileage with more feature for $2,000-$3,000 less than what I paid. So I didn’t get a killer deal. It came with only 1 key. Well, I wanted 2, need 2, so I was told “they’d make that happen”... well, I paid extra to have a second key. My car is now completely paid off, in cash. I’ve had it a month. I called Lazaro and made an appointment for 3:00 the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. He said he’d call me if it didn’t work for “the key guy.” Drove all the way down there, in rush hour traffic, guess what, no key guy. He’s on vacation. I asked why he didn’t call me and was told “I’m sorry, it was crazy in here”.... it was empty when I showed up but okay... Fast forward a week, my husband calls on Wednesday tells Lazaro that I have Tuesday off and can we get the key guy to come over Tuesday and make my second key. He says he will call the key guy and call us back. You guessed it... no call. So today, Saturday I stop by the dealership again, Lazaro is alone in the front office, ON HIS CELL PHONE, so apparently he DOES know how to use it! He immediately starts with “the key guy was here yesterday, he ordered the key, it will be here early next week”. Does anyone else see the problem here? #1: Why weren’t we called and notified? #2: I’ve had my car for 4 weeks, AND THEY KEY HASN’T EVEN BEEN ORDERED YET! When asked why he hadn’t called us back, we got and I quote “I’m sorry, I can’t fix that, all I can do is make it up to you, I’ll get that key early next week and I know you have Tuesdays off, so we can arrange to have it programmed the week after next.” Ummmm... doing what was PROMISED, what I PAID FOR is not “making it up to me”, that’s following through on what is written in the sales agreement signed by both parties. Want to make it up to me?!? HOW ABOUT SOME FLOOR MATS?!? Yup, Almost $25,000 for a car, it has NO FLOOR MATS! I work full time, I have 3 kids, I don’t need nor want to micromanage my car dealership. A piece of advice, they are awesome at the sale, but they lack any sort of follow through so either buy a car somewhere else or don’t sign the paperwork until all the little details are taken care of because they will tell you what you want to hear and not follow through.

I saw this dealership on Facebook and saw they dealt with “bad credit”, now my credit score is prettty bad (in the 500s) as they pointed out on the credit report that the huge bar in the 700-800s was were “most people have good credit”. I was already embarrassed enough that I was broke and had bad credit but I had recently got hit by TWO people in one day so I really needed a new car. I asked for two things specifically. I asked that I get a 4 door and it get better than my car for MPG (I get 20 in my suv). So after that they offer me the VW CC Sport, it has 4 doors but they didn’t tell me it has a turbo and gets 20-22mpg, oh and when I went to pick it up they failed to tell me it needed premium gas, they also said they were going to replace the battery in it before I bought it and they didn’t they just let it sit over night to charge. So the things they had promised were not kept and the things I absolutely needed were also not kept in mind. So I come in to pick up the car and they call me into the back office and tell me somethings not adding up on my application. I told them I make $14/hr and get paid bi-weekly, but they had my salary listed as double because when I asked if they wanted my net or gross income on the application to Mark he told me my monthly net pay and then I assumed “rate of pay” was how many times I get paid in a month, so my income was doubled to the banks. After that they told me they could still work things out and offered for me to come the next day, I live over an hour away and told them I didn’t want to waste my time and to tell me their “options”, to which mark says they have “Toyota’s and Honda’s and a few great options and it might work out that we can get you into the Buick Valero you wanted”. So I show up, HUGE MISTAKE. I wasted so much time and gas in my broken down car for them to offer me a Suzuki with a squeaky timing belt and no backglass, and high mileage. First off it’s HUGE just like my SUV and it gets 20mpg. Next they offer me a minivan which wasn’t horrible but damn that thing was even bigger and STILL only got 20mpg. I asked for something smaller and Lazaro went inside to help us and we sat in the lobby for probably about a half an hour and nobody checked on us, we looked around for an employee and we absolutely did not see one so we left. About a half an hour later I got a call from them, but nobody left a voicemail. I wouldn’t come here unless you’re wanting a sports car and have great credit and lots of cash to put down, because they’re all about the money.
