The service department at Harris Ford Lincoln is far and away the best I have ever experienced in a dealership or independent mechanic (and that is saying a lot, if you read my review for Marshall Motors in Dallas, TX!). I'm not saying that having an issue with my car is a pleasant experience, but Danny in Service makes it the best experience possible. I am always looped in on what they are finding with my car and when to expect them to be finished. The loaner car also makes it incredibly easy to keep life moving with minimal interruption! Thanks so much for making the "dreaded" trip to the mechanic so much better than it's ever been!

Terrible experience at this place. I bought the car because the price was fair. Manager at the desk (Black bald guy) is very rude to customer and sounds intimidating on purpose. Another manager sitting next to him accused me of doing illegal activity when his own sale associate recommended to take $500 off after tax (like a company discount). The car is scratched on one side and he told me that he will email me the details for getting it fixed and give me a deal. He never reached out and never had any intend of helping. Just wanted to sell the car.  They won't care about you and only pretend to care until they finalize the sale. Will never buy a car here again.

I've never gotten a bad deal here. This is a car dealership, and they sell cars. They are not miracle workers. I knew better than to come here with a 588 credit score and expect 3%. I put $2,000 down on my new Mustang and couldn't have been happier. I wish I would have kept that car. I've purchased three Mustangs and three Focuses from Harris, and my problem is that I love to drive them both but can't keep them. Definitely try to get your own financing before you come here, otherwise Ford Credit will do just fine.

Fantastic car buying experience! Our salesman Jorge spent the time to listen to our needs and made us feel comfortable with our purchase! We will be back for our next car in the future, and we've already talked to family and friends about how great our car buying experience was!!

Maybe even 4.5 stars! Everything went smoothly. Cost of oil change and new front brake pads/resurface rotors was very reasonable. They wash and vacuum your car. Frank was great, but another guy was pretty rude. When we got out of the car and walked toward the side doors (not knowing to go to front doors), an employee looked at me and started closing the door, until I directly said something to him. He was kind of clueless. It would be nice to have someone come out and greet customers as they pull in. There seemed to be plenty of service advisers. But overall, good experience.
