First off I think this location of the stores perfect. Right off 95 and you can get to it within a few moments after you leave the exit off the highway. I highly recommend if you visit this location for a new Chrysler Jeep dodge product, to work with either Marcos and sales or asked for Sam who is management. Together they will make sure you are taken care of with whatever you need whether it is purchasing or leasing. They’re combined customer service is elite in every way possible. I also was impressed with the modern upgrades they had in the bathrooms. Lastly, their Pre owned inventory is pretty incredible too. I recommend all of my friends and family to this location.

Service is ok at best, expect long wait times even for little things like an oil change. I’ve been here for many different services and my advice to you is drop it off if possible. My Wife brought our van in this morning at 7:30AM. She was literally the first and only customer at the dealership. I am at home with the kids waiting to go to work. It is now 9:15 and she is still there as I write this review. Service guy just told her another 30 min! Not only that, they are charging her $140 for an oil change and tire rotation. You could go anywhere else and easily pay under $50 for the same service and be done in a half hour. I dropped my challenger off one time for an engine light. They got taken care of quick and it was only there 6 hours. That’s quick there trust me. But when I got it back my horn sounded like a moped horn, no joke. So I had to drop it off again. It took them 24 hours to call me and tell me my horn was shot. Yeah no kidding. Somehow after servicing my challenger (with 7k miles) the horn was shot all of the sudden. Whatever, I left it. I dropped it off on a Thursday and got it back fixed 6 days later. Nice people, but Long long waits. Since then I’ve sold the challenger, my van is out of warranty so after today no reason to return.

Unreal place. Best dealership in south Florida. Every single person in this place was incredibly nice. My salesman was the man and the finance guy was just as nice. High quality dealership. Will continue to buy cars here and will 100% recommend this dealership to family and friends.

My goodness what can I say. THIS IS THE BEST DEALERSHIP IN THE WORLD THANKS TO SHANE. Shane was who I dealt with when I took in my Jeep Wrangler. He made the process of my oil change and new tires a breeze. I’m very thankful.

Service has vastly improved since the last time we brought in our vehicle. The service area seems to have grown and the process has become streamlined. Also our service advisor Adam went above and beyond to help us w our issue.
