The one star rating is for the front desk staff who handled the situation I had with Jason Wilson. I tried to contact him through his nurses because he told me to take it differently than he wrote the prescription so I tried to get ahold of him and for two weeks never heard back and when I did he talked with the office manager lady and she had to call me, not him on his day off. He started decreasing some of my meds and starting on a new one and I was to increase that one while I was decreasing my others and I was getting terrible response from the nurses that work for him and very unpleasant place, the nurses are anyway I dealt with. I finally got a non narcotic prescription refilled after he told the office manager lady to call me back. Jason A. Wilson ARNP doesn't work any Friday's and will not contact you back if you have any questions and his nurses, that they make you talk to, are not helpful and are clueless at most for them. If you have any issues he won't return a call to you, and you are left to figure it out on your own. Terrible communication good luck with this group as I'm looking elsewhere soon since he has my meds all messed up that is for sure.
