We are an established family owned jeweler that serves multi-generations of many Baltimore families. Nelson Coleman’s sales associates are not commission based, so you can be sure you are getting the care and guidance you deserve with every visit to our store. My experience at Nelson Coleman Jewelers was amazing. I worked with Cara on finding the perfect ring, she was able to take notes on the criteria I was looking for and when my then boyfriend went to look for a ring, he was able to get the perfect one. She and Amanda really walked him through the process, he claims he's now an expert in diamonds. We both got our wedding bands there as well and we were able to customize my ring to have exactly what we wanted and he just described what he was looking for and they were able to deliver it with no problems. Not only were the rings beautiful, the maintenance prior to the wedding was impeccable. The "spa" treatment for my ring made my ring even more sparkly than what it is already and it was in perfect condition for the wedding and the photos. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience for such an important aspect of our lives.

Fantastic place to buy any piece of jewelry. I got my girlfriend's engagement ring custom made her and I the owner, Mark Coleman, was there with me every single step of the way. I never felt pressured and he was very respectful of my budget but ensured that I walked away with a real value. I will be back again and again for many years to come. This is definitely THE place to get an engagement ring in Baltimore, maybe even Maryland.

Honestly the best customer service I’ve ever had. Everyone was genuinely warm and welcoming. Mark Coleman was a gem, he helped us, didn’t pressure, and made sure we were in love with, not just happy with our engagement ring. Highly recommend.

The team at Nelson Coleman is professional, engaged, caring, and skilled. We tasked their team with taking two antique diamond rings and turning them into something customized and unique.  The team sat with us and pulled out lots of options and designs to help create our vision.  From the first image they showed us, we were wowed.  After a few tweaks, the most beautiful  custom piece image we could have imagined showed up in our inbox.  Once we saw the wax mold, we knew we had hit the jackpot with this team.  The final product... words cannot describe.  Nelson Coleman is now our jeweler of choice.  They are like family in how they deal with their customers and that is what every person deserves when buying special jewels.

Cara is one of the most genuine and down to earth woman you will ever meet. It was such a pleasure working with her. I had a vision in my mind of what style engagement ring I wanted to give to my special lady, but I was having some trouble pulling the trigger. Cara took the time to show me different styles of settings and different cuts of diamonds. We found the perfect match!! If you are looking for excellent customer service and beautiful jewelry, Nelson Coleman's is the way to go. Thanks Cara!
