At this clinic, they serve women who are pregnant and qualify for medical.  After going around to several clinics throughout LA, I realized where the term "you get what you pay for" comes from.  This clinic in Duarte was the exception.  The ladies were very helpful and they even help you fill out the paperwork to apply for medical if you need them too.  I was very worried when I found out I was pregnant about receiving adequate care during such an important time.  The nurse practitioner is sooo nice and understanding and you definitely won't feel like you're just another #.  I've never had to wait long to be seen and I've never felt at a disadvantage for having medical and not regular insurance.
