So here's my story...our elderly aunt had to leave her home and go to a nursing home. Medicaid said the house must be sold immediately to pay the nursing home expenses. Mike Becker of Atlantic Coast Homes came to the rescue. Mike made a very difficult and stressful situation easy. He and his staff are professionals in every sense of the word. Every detail of this quick sale was handled for us. He knew people who were interested in property like ours...he solicited bids...he handled the P&S's...he kept use in the loop every step of the way. When all was said and done...the property sold for more than $20,000 OVER the asking price. Thanks Mike! Well done and stress free and now there are funds for my aunt's 24-hour nursing home care.

He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the North Shore communities and works with you to get you the best deal on both sides of the transaction. He sold our home in Woburn for more than the asking price and helped us find a gem in Danvers.  His entire staff at Atlantic Coast Home are knowledge and will go the extra mile to help you!  Buying and selling a home is stressful, but the team at Atlantic Coast make it a little less stressful. They are with you each step of the way.

I'm very happy that I chose Mike Becker to sell our house. He put it on the market and was able to get multiple offers, in only 3 days!!! He is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and gets the job done fast. I would recommend him to anyone who wants their dreams to come true!
