Liz is amazing and does a wonderful job on my hair. I recommend Liz to the moon and back! I can not say enough wonderful things.

The salon on the other hand is a completely different story. I book my appointments 3 months ahead of time. 3 months ago, my appointment had to be rescheduled TWICE. I was just informed that my appointment for this upcoming Monday now needs to be rescheduled. I just canceled my appointment and will need to find a salon that does not constantly change my appointments

Love Ms. Kylie! She's asks lots of questions and let's you know her plan before she does anything to your hair. She's genuinely nice and fun. Couldn't recommend her enough!

I couldn't leave the parking lot without writing this review first. I came in as a walk-in with just a Google search and left as a permanent customer. The staff was incredibly friendly and personable and my stylist did an incredible job fixing a bad previous haircut. At the end of my haircut my stylist even had the owner come over and fix a few things that left me even happier with my haircut. I will be back!!!

I came here because of a Groupon. I had a really great experience here! The atmosphere is fun and clean, and I appreciate the fact that most of their products are cruelty-free and natural.  This salon truly listens to what you want. They even have a personalized app where you can fill out questions and it helps to create the perfect cut. My hairdresser Shannon was friendly and did an excellent job on my hair. I would definetly recommend her!  She did this deep conditioning treatment and my hair felt so soft and smelt amazing for days. Also the way she styled it was magazine worthy.  They checked up on me to make sure I was happy with the cut and let me know I could call them and come back if I wasn't satisfied. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

It was very awkward...I tried to feel comfortable but I guess the lady working on my hair just wanted to get my hair done so she can move on to her next customer. I was told that "You know you could do this yourself right" and I also came in for big beach waves but got skinny curls instead even if I kept telling her I wanted beach waves. In my opinion, if a customer comes in knowing what they want, stop putting your opinion in acting like you're an expert with hair when your hair is literally dry af and just let the customer come in and get what they asked for! They also make it awkward to tip because they follow you to the front counter...if ill tip you I'll tip you, you don't need to follow me like I'm going to run away. I ended up tipping more than I should have but you know what? I'm never going back. I hate it, the ambiance, the dead conversations and the fake professionalism. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get your hair done.
