Always excellent when you call Michael & Sons - They are trusted, licensed and guarantee their work. They have done so much work in my house and all of it has been excellent with no issues later on. They are the one of the best companies in this area. Employees are always professional and clean. Never leave a mess after they leave. Customer Service is great too! They even schedule your Permit inspections.

We bought the Michael and Sons home care package, and weren’t sure whether it would be worth it. Well we just had our electrical inspection, and the technician (Randy) was so helpful! He took his time to do a good job, and was patient in explaining things. He was also happy to discuss issues with my husband (who is an electrician but not practicing).
We still haven’t had the other inspections, but Randy was awesome! We hope we don’t have any issues, but if we ever did we’d be happy to have Randy’s services again.

I called Michael and Sons to request to have a outlet installed in my basement. They were able to send someone out in less then three hours to do the job. John and his apprentice showed up and completed the installation and also conducted an electrical inspection of my house, in less then an hour. 

The work was done fast and professionally. John and his apprentice were both very friendly, polite and professional. I would definitely recommend Michael and Sons to my family and friends. Great experience and I'm very satisfied!

Josue E. is the very best master electrician for our home.  Not only did he completely repair the problem that we had from a different electrical contractor, but he pointed out that with all of our expensive electrical equipment, we might want to invest in a surge protector.  We agreed but hadn't done it yet because we did not trust the other company who worked on our house.  Josue explained everything to us and the repair he completed was done beautifully.  He is amazing!  We are delighted with the surge protectors and we feel that Michael & Son did what other companies had not done.  This was a very complex job and it took the skills of a master electrician like Josue E.  Thank you and we are satisfied customers for life!  By the way, speaking with Debra and Mike to help us schedule was very effective and they are so efficient.  Best experience ever!

This company was fantastic! The had a same day appointment for a non- emergency.  The technician was prompt and courteous and resolved my issue quickly.  I previously used M.E. Flow and was less than satisfied; they quoted me well over $1000 to fix my issue with a part that I didn't need. So I'm ecstatic with the service provided by Michael & Sons!
