I initially used another Home Service app to find a plumber to help with a backed up sump pump. While that person was nice, he didn’t seem very confident in his diagnosis or course of action. My husband suggested we call John C. Flood. The young lady who helped me make an appointment was so nice. I also thought it was a FANTASTIC feature that they sent me a text when my Technician Eric was on his way and included his picture! 

Eric was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had to cut our pipe to release the water trapped in our sump pumps (which were perilously close to overflowing in our basement). I really liked Eric and was very impressed with his bedside manner. He’s a great asset to that company

We still have to determine the root cause of the backup and get that fixed in the next few days. We will be sure to call John C. Flood again!

Thomas Baker from John C. Flood was absolutely amazing!  He was very informative and extremely helpful!  He did a phenomenal job pointing out the problem and showing me step by step what the issue(s) were.  He made the experience very comfortable.  He is very professional, pleasant, skillful and cares about the CUSTOMER!  He will get the job done!  I will  recommend this gentleman to anyone and everyone who needs work done such as this nature.  Great work!!!  Thank you to Thomas Baker from John C. Flood!!!  He's excellent!!!  If you need help, ask for him directly!!  Thumbs up!  Great work!

I am so thankful for John C Flood.  They are truly reliable and professional.  The technician Michael Dailey was awesome.  He know exactly what my problem was, explained in simplicity, and tackled the issue with ease.  He also was very pleasant and professional.  In addition, the dispatcher Ronnie was also great.  Ronnie provided me with outstanding customer service.  She was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions regarding payment, coupons, etc. She even went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer.  Ronnie sent another technician (Darwin) on very short notice to insert a camera in my drains to ensure blockage no longer existed. Overall, I am very satisfied and will be utilizing John C Flood's services again.

My technician was David Lavis. He was polite and efficient; he even removed an unnecessary duplicate item from the estimate that had been given saving me some money. After he completed his work he stayed to chat with me about some questions I had and took time to explain and answer everything. I'm happy I signed on with John C. Flood. I especially like that they have good communication - you get a text before the technician arrives with who will be arriving and their photo so you can be sure it's the right person.

Damon was very professional, thoroughly knowledgeable and got the job done  (replacing the element in water heater) efficiently.  He coped very well with unanticipated challenges.   He also gave me a cogent explanation for a nagging question about the plumbing on my top floor that no one else I had asked had been able to explain.  And when he encountered a situation that had been observed by Jeff on a previous call he called Jeff, and Jeff came right over and together they figured out what was going on.  All in all, great service.  (
