I have been with Schoen Agency for a total of 8 months. I renewed my policy with them, they sent whatever documentation I needed to sign or send in and it was completed. Have autopay set up and realized my policy is $100 a month more than what it should be due to them not sending me documentation and failing to warn me I was about to lose very important coverage. Isn’t that what an insurance agency is supposed to do? Matt doesn’t care about his customers as evident in his emails to me this morning blaming me for his agencies screw up. Run. Run now while you can far away from this agency
Talked with Matt on the phone today and he was being very rude so I asked him not to be a jackass. He took strong offense to that after messing up my policy and refusing to fix it. Don’t go here.

Matt Schoen helped me find a difficult to insure homeowners policy for my mom's vacant home after she passed away. Years later I contacted Schoen to evaluate my current insurance for Auto, Home and Liability. They were very efficient in getting me policies that saved about $1,000.00 Rachel is great to work with.
Always get great service from Rachel and Matt. The insurance company I had for three years initially started by Schoen agency. Rachel immediately went to work and got me a comparable policy for $1000 less than I was paying with no work on my part.
Tried a couple times to reach out via their contact page and ask what I need to provide for a quote on car insurance and renters insurance. Never been contacted. Not a great sign so I'll find another provider. They obviously don't need new clients.
The service by this agency is the best and like no other. So attentive and actually seemed like they sincerely cared about me as a client rather than just another commission. So great to experience such kindness and patience in service. They saved me from another agency and made the transition quick and painless! Thank you so much for everything!
