Waited three weeks to get in to see some quack doctor who after making me wait over an hour in a room and a two minute evaluation decided he wasn't going to perform the procedure I was there for.  The office called me twice ahead of time to make sure I had someone to drive me home after the procedure.  When I asked why he said I needed therapy and not a shot.  His eyes lit up when I replied that if I get the shot you get paid today and if I do therapy you get paid three times a week for six months.  The doctor has a serious Napoleaon complex and avoid this place at all costs.  Went to GR and got my shot and 15 months later I'm still pain free.  The doctor I seen was a complete jerk and his staff was just as bad.  Go to Grand Rapids and save yourself a lot of time and sanity

I would recommend this place to others. The Dr I have is amazing as is doing everything possible to make sure I'm taken care of and to makes sure I have the proper pain relief .

Oh my gosh!!! I can't thank these professionals enough! I'm so very grateful for them. Their kindness & understanding, & listening & talking to me. That is rare at this time in medical history. I can walk again instead of lurching around without stiffness & pain. Thank you so. very, very much!!!

For your own records and peace of mind take a picture of your prescriptions before you get them filled! They won't admit to mistakes they make regarding the fill-dates on your prescriptions! Thank God my pharmacy went to bat for me!

I am always treated professionally and the staff from the front desk on, always try to make sure I am comfortable,, and are very through. They take time to talk with me and try to help elevate any concerns I may have. My Doctor is very down to earth, and very knowledgeable of my situation, my case. He does a great job telling me my options, and leaves the decisions up to me ,as to wether I want a certain
Treatment or not. 
In the treatment room, the staff and doctor, do everything to see that I am as comfortable as possible. I've been a patient for many, many years, and I could not imagine going elsewhere. 
Thanks to all who work here together, for the betterment of people like me.
