I drove around for an hour and still cannot find it. They never have someone to pick up the phone and answer your question. Do not book this one if you are just a visitor. You can find some other ones which is easy to find and you can reserve them when you really see the parking lot since the gps do not work well in that area.

Hard as heck to find.  But well lit and very very clean inside, and easy to navigate to Michigan Plaza building (under renovations) once inside the garage.

Practically impossible to find. All the signs are incorrect. Doors closed.  Couldn't leave without calling for service twice.
