my wife parked there for the movies in Millennium park. Her and a friend as well as our three kids left most of their items in the trunk of the car in order to not have too much to carry. At some point, someone broke into the car, took all the wallets out of the purses, designer sun glasses and a cell phone. the car was NOT tampered with, its pretty clear the perpetrators had a master key and unlocked it (Jaguar). The guard there confirmed a few other similar events. One involving an 8 year old (that's right, eight) that stole a car with a master key and crashed it on the way out. The issue is that my car was parked right under cameras which apparently don't work and are just decoys. Although the attendant was very helpful and friendly, he is just one person- this place, for the prices they charge, is simply understaffed, ill-equipped and frankly unable to stop this type of activity. The police was no better either. If you park there- take all your valuables. don't trust your locks or car alarm. the staff there cant react, there is no appropriate monitoring of the facility and the bad guys are operating with master keys!

The price to park here is truly exorbitant. In addition to the high price, the garage is rather poorly labeled and for a person trying to navigate out of the garage it can be confusing. The structure was rather poorly lit and didn't feel like a save space to be wandering around. That being said, the location is great and if you're going to the park it can't be topped.

It is rare for me to ever write reviews, especially if it is negative but this parking garage is predatory and i would highly avoid patronizing it. Today I drove in there and did not park. When I went to exit, I was charged $21.00! when I asked for assistance the staff was rude and unhelpful. To be honest I'm sure it's because they get this problem often. If you can walk a little further to millennium park, avoid this place at all costs. They are a great example of a greedy, corporate business.

The pay machine took my ticket and didn't return it. I didn't get any receipts. The assistance lady said to pull up to the boot and pay for only the time I was in. At the boot thy made me pay 39 dollars like for lost ticket and the manager was very disrespectful. The worst service ever. And the most expensive parking lot.

$32.00 to park for three-hours on a week day in the after-noon? Chicago, IL has hit an all-time-new-low in my book and Cook County, IL strikes again. I could see Los Angeles, CA charging that much just to park there car/truck because it's plainly just a better City than Chicago, IL. It's no-wonder why Chicago, IL is the third largest City in the USA, it should be the last City that someone would want to live in. After living in Cook County, IL, since 1985, I can see how Cook County really is, it's not that good at all. Oh...except for the "White Sox" and the- Museums, but that's all, that is it, that's all. I hope other people come forward and write there reviews so that the common folk will know what they are getting into. We the people can't help that the Cook County, IL Taxes are so high. We the people have to fight against the rail-roading prices that public businesses like this one puts the people through. This can be done by more people writing reviews about there experiences without holding back there true-feelings. If someone feels that they have been wronged than he or she needs to write a review. This is so other people that read these reviews will know what is in store for them before they go and get stuck paying a lot or dealing with bad service.
