I will never park here again because of the horrible customer service. I have been parking here every week for a long time with Spot Hero and have had no problems until today. I accidentally lost my ticket and went to the office where I was told I would have to pay a $42 lost ticket fee. I tried to explain that I have my spot hero reservation and have been parking here almost every week for over a year. He didn’t care and just said “It doesn’t matter!” I’m sorry but if I had a long time loyal customer who made a mistake one time I would give that person a break or at least try to explain kindly that there was nothing that could be done. This manager, as he told me, was a complete jerk with obviously no social skills. Well, this is how you lose customers.

Very clean and well lit, but our expedition didn't fit very well at all! Also the signage to get out wasn't exactly clear! For out of towners street names/intersections at exits would have been helpful!

Cost me 48 dollars for few hours. The 35 for couple hours . To costly . I don't live near big city. And now don't want to go back because parking is ridiculous!

Worst experience of my life! I have never been so disrespected by anyone like I was by the staff at this garage. We were in town for an event at Grant Park, when the event ended we tried to leave the garage only to find out they have closed all the exits. The staff said it was due to Chicago Police and if we had a problem with it then we should "go find a cop" and talk to them. I don't have an issue with the fact the garage may have been close due to public safety after a major event, but had there been signs posted advising as such then I would not have parked there. Instead, the garage took my money with no issue, but they made a decision to close without properly advising its patrons ahead of time so we knew what the risks of parking there might be. I highly recommend anyone find other above ground parking so you don't get screwed like we did. The 2+ hour delay was not worth the $37 we paid to park and the huge inconvenience that came with it. Beware of this garage and the poor treatment you will receive from the staff and the unexpected delays they will cause you.

Second time I come here first to the South parking and then this one but try not to park here because it's closer to the park where the bean is and lots of people park here so u will have hard time finding a spot the South one has more space and price it's the same it goes over 35 $ if u spend 2 hours and up
