Perfect location and easy to get to.  Prices are fair. Never had any problems with my car or anyone in the lot. Staff was helpful and friendly. Warm even when it's freezing outside!

Is well located and prices are relatively good, but SOME of their staff is just so rude! We pay and needed a receipt for our travel log (machine didn’t give us one), assistance said we will get it at exit. Well we arrived at exit and a very rude man with terrible attitude started yelling at us to move “NO RECEIPT” “MOVE”, but fortunately other employee let us move to the side and wait for the receipt but that man kept yelling at us as well to the other employee:
“No, don’t do anything, they need to leave”.... anyway my husband went off the car and tell him to calm down, he asked “how much you paid?”...$35 and finally he gave it to us... what’s up with all that drama?????

I know this is  a public parking place but the staff were so helpful and friendly. In addition they had the cleanest public bathrooms I'd ever seen in the city.

Really convenient to park here to get to Buckingham fountain. It cost us $15 on a Saturday night through spothero the garage was clean and very well lit. We felt very safe.
