Haven't been to the store however I have been recieving scam calls from the phone number to this location. I called the store number back and spoke to Sarah about the situation, she was very sweet, patient and more than helpful in trying to find a solution. While it may not pertain to sales of the store I hope she is compensated for her excellent service, keep up the great work Sarah!

I am going here for the halo 5 2v2 tournament and have not been there but I gave it five stars simple because it was kinda in my area but I have to take a 2 and half hour drive just too get there. But hype for me because I'm really good at h5 and hope to have fun with my buddy we planned on going here to participate in this tournament. But as of right now I am unknowing if they will even be hosting it but I am seriously hoping they are as they are one of two of the stores in my vicinity. By that I mean more then a 3-to anything up.

Bear with me, this is a long, crazy story. I have an HP desktop computer that is a few years old. It has Windows 7 on it and works just fine for me for the most part. All I really do with the computer is surf the internet, listen to music and edit photo's. Well recently the computer decided to "upgrade" us to Windows 10 even though we didn't want it. Shortly after I tried to move some music files from my phone to the hard drive and the computer wouldn't let me because I wasn't an administrator. Why the hell do I have to be an administrator?!?!? How am I NOT an administrator?!?!?! It's my damn computer!!! So I read online about the hidden administrator account that Windows 10 puts on the machine and how you need to activate it. I do that with the DOS prompt and the computer still tells me I need to be an administrator to move a stupid music file. So now I've had it with Windows 10 and I want to go back to 7. But when I try to do the revert it tells me that I need to delete the administrator account!!!! I try to do this but it still doesn't work. So I call Microsoft tech support and explain the situation and they tell me to restore the PC to a previous saved version. I find one that looks to be just before this whole Windows 10 debacle so I try to do that. I leave the computer alone for about an hour because I figure this will take a while but when I come back all I have is a black screen. The computer won't even boot up anymore!!! So I take it to the Windows Store and they check the PC in and tell me that they think it's a motherboard issue and that a new motherboard will cost about $400. I'm like, "so it's just a coincidence that the motherboard just happened to break the minute I tried to restore my computer to Windows 7?!?!" The conspiracy theorist in me wonders if there is some sort of self destruct program in Windows 10 that breaks your computer if you try to revert. I mean why is Microsoft giving away Windows 10 for free?!?! There must be something in it for them. Data mining, spying, who knows? But I digress. I tell the associate that I will not be paying to fix my computer that worked just fine before Windows 10 broke it. I speak to a manager and they agree to have it fixed at Microsoft expense. They have the computer for about a week and they can't get the computer working so it needs to be sent to their service center. They replace the motherboard and lo and behold........................................ it doesn't fix the problem. So they replace the RAM and they are able to get the computer working. The computer comes back to the store and I ask them about the data that was on the hard drive. They tell me that they made an image of the computer before it was sent out and that there is about 6gigs of data there. Well this can't be right because I had over 100gigs of video files alone. So I ask them what they can do and they agree to send my hard drive out to Seagate for a recovery. This takes about another 2 weeks but I finally get my computer back and everything seems to be there. Not only that but they gave me an external hard drive with a copy of all of my data. Nice touch. So all in all it took about 3 months to get my computer repaired, (I asked for a loaner computer and they gave me a Surface to use in the interim). I did have to twist a few arms to get them to repair my computer free of charge but in the end I got my computer back to its original condition. So I would say the Microsoft Store did right by me. Not to mention that the associate that was working when I picked up the computer, Lindsey, was super cute. So that's always nice.
