One of the best places to get all your things organized. I mean ALL sorts of things: they have solutions for all places in your house and even outside of it.
The prices are high but usually things are unique so it worth the price.
There is a drawing table for kids on the second floor so you can keep them busy while looking around.
Staff is absolutely friendly and helpful.

Two story store that can be easily seen from the road and that has a wide variety of products. Everything was laid out in a great way, wasn't cluttered, and all employees are knowledgeable. I parked in the parking garage and it was a two to three min walk to the store. They do have parking in front of the store for heavier items.

It's a store to make your life more organized and useful. Not much difference from other locations. Same products sold throughout the chain. Shop is clean with demo set-up sometimes with dummy hollow cardboard to full out display. I like coming for the unusual stuff like cedar wood shoe wedge and refrigerator ordor killing natural stones. The shop is not just limited to selling containers, they've other items for kitchen, restroom and bedroom.

This store is terrible!  They are often out of stock of items that their inventory database says they have. The response is always "It will be coming on the next truck". So I call them after the truck was to arrive and speak with someone on the phone who said "Yes. We have 15 (or so) in stock and I verified it".  But then show up in the store a few minutes later and they have ZERO.  This has happened to me 3 times now.

Extremely good customer service. Returns are convenient. Definitely create a perks account with them to get deals :)
