VERY nicely located hotel, good accomodations, service, nice basic rooms. This is the type of place to go if you just want a comfortable, clean, affordable place to stay for the night. There's not much at all for breakfast. If you want a very good place for breakfast nearby go up Rt. 61 north a couple mile through Port Clinton at the north end there's a 3 C's Restaurant on the left.

The good: large clean rooms, spacious bathroom. Very comfortable beds & the air conditioner worked well. The bad: other than tissues and a hair dryer there are no amenities. No refrigerator, microwave or coffee maker. We were on the third floor and from our room it was a hike to the ice machine... which didn't work. The sign said to use the machines on the second and first floors. I used the stairs to the second floor only to find that machine was also out of order. Thankfully the first floor machine worked and that's when I found out that the lid to the ice bucket didn't fit. The complimentary breakfast didn't start until seven am. Not good for us who needed to get an early start. Every other place we stay at has breakfast no later than 6:30. The elevator works smoothly but has so many banging and clunky sounds you had to wonder if it would make the trip. To top it off, the wifi worked like a charm... as long as you were in the lobby. In our room the signal was so weak I couldn't maintain a connection. I was not happy but at least the beds were very comfortable.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, and a decent (mostly cold food) continental breakfast. Bar on site, and pets allowed (for a fee), washer and dryer also on site for $1 each. No complaints here :) ... well, maybe a little more in the way of breakfast options, but overall not bad.

Front desk staff was very helpful and crazy fast both over the phone and in person. Check-in was a breeze. Suite is large and has a sink, refrigerator, microwave, comfy couch with coffee table, and even a lounger built into the windowsill. The giant mirror headboard is a little odd, but makes the room seem even bigger. Convenient to several shops. The included breakfast had a good variety and was quite good.

Good internet speed most of the time, unless there's a lot of people in the hotel. Comfortable beds, easy access to the highway, very squeaky floors, clean rooms, and a nice clean atmosphere.
