Overcharged me for parts and labor. I spent $800 for a $300 job. Showed me pictures of a more expensive motor mount to try and extract more money from me. The motor mount they showed me didn't even match what my front mount looked like. Had me replace hoses that were not needed. Had me replace spark plug wires that were only a year old. The gasket they replaced, I'm having to have it replaced 2 months later because they didn't do it right. Having work done elsewhere for obvious reasons. They never offered to give me my old parts back. This place gives honest mechanics a bad name and should be shut down. I've also done a yelp review of this, and filed a complaint with the bureau of automotive repair.

It was a horrible experience, I’ll never recommend this place. We waited over 6 hours to change the alternator of my car, they said it will take only hour and half. They took the tire off and many other parts of the car to change the alternator, when it was time to put everything together there’s was parts missing, there’s loose parts. It was so terrifying to drive off the parking lot, when we got to the first stop light the car started smoking, we had to stop and check it by then it was 11:00 pm and we had two kids in the car. And we ended paying $560. Now I have to take my car to the dealer service, so they can check what they did, I don’t feel safe driving the car, and forgot to mention we live in the mountains. I’ll not stop until I get my money back and all the money that I have to pay to take it to the dealer. This doesn’t stop here.

With them all they do is overcharge you, and if they don't know what the issue is, they'll put in new parts and say it's fixed, if not you'll bring it back in and they'll do the exact same thing and want more money to put in part's to what it could be, instead of figuring out what it was. They're more into getting as much money out of you then fixing the issue. More of a finesse business like most mechanic shops these days.

They tried charging me fot work that i really didnt need but the work that i did need done was on point so be careful when you need work done on your car there get second opions and pat close attention to the specials that ypu see on televosion thats when they play that shady card
