Whatever you do, do not use this place.  The kids running it have no idea what they're doing. I got an alignment, and new ball joints and when I left my steering wheel was still at 1030.  They let me leave with 10 air pressure in my back left tire. My back left tire is now facing inwards. My car left with the same issues it came in with.  It was getting close to when the store was supposed to close and I called to see what was going on with my car and CHAD said that my car has been done and he should've called 20 minutes ago.  DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY! Paid $400 for absolutely nothing! Chad said that you can't replace control arm bushings, you have to change the whole control arm which is a lie!                                                                                                   
                    EDIT: If Midas was truly concerned about this incident they would reach out to me.  They have all my information.   DO NOT use corporate chain auto shops, they are in business for one reason, to gouge as much money from people as possible.

Excellent service, fair prices, friendly staff, professional, quality work performed. 

I normally do all my own repair work to my vehicles. I was in a bind and needed some welding done to my exhaust. Midas was the only shop I could find that does custom welding, and they were able to take care of my exhaust within a half hour of my call to them. They will be my first call when I need exhaust work done that I can't do myself.

Since I started taking my vehicles to Midas Muffler in Stow over a year ago, my experiences and outcomes have been excellent. I never provide reviews unless an organization or individual truly exceeds my expectations. When I work with an auto repair shop, I really only want three things. They are that I get treated with respect, that the focus of a repair is treating the problem, not the symptom and that I am treated fairly,  with an explanation of what is what was found and why it needs to be repaired or replaced. This shop excels at all three, whether it is Manager Scott or any of his staff going out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. They even offered to drive my wife home while they were trying to identify the problem with her car! Thanks guys for a job well done.
