I was in town visiting family when my car had an unexpected breakdown - Joe's Auto came through like champs and I can't thank Don and his team enough! Professional and friendly, they committed to taking care of my car with quality service and I was back on the road home, safe and sound. They turned an unpleasant experience into a positive one and I'd recommend Joe's Auto to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop. 👏👏👏

Statists that hold onto cars for uniformed gang members (AKA cops) for money. They essentially extort people for a living. Not good people. If you look at an earlier review, the owners of this shop claim that the owner of a car "abandoned" his car-- even though Joe's auto kept it against his will! Simply put-- the owners of Joe's Auto are cowardly and without dignity. I hope they go out of business

Came in because of a no start issue on my 2012 Focus. They are a very honest, customer friendly garage that communicates well. Strongly recommend for anyone needing service.

We broke down on the interstate while traveling from southern Ohio back to New York state.

AAA towed us to Joe's, and they got the vehicle in the same day for diagnosis!

Unfortunately it was a complete engine failure - holes had been punched in the engine block.

We donated the car to a charity, and Joe's was kind enough to let us keep the car there for a few days until we could get the title mailed out.

Through it all Krystal and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly during a very stressful time for my wife and I.

10/10, would strongly recommend.
