Bought my 2nd car from this dealership and they delivered another great experience. Autumn was my sales person and she was the best. I needed to know everything about the price, finance options, comparison of vehicles and she answered all of my questions with a smile. Chris who is a sales manager there was great to work with on the deal as well. He listened and didn't try to push anything on me. If you are thinking about getting a new car, gives this dealership a try. They treat you like a person and a customer.

Another great experience at Marhofer! Purchased the vehicle here and man was that much more of a breeze than dealing with some of these other dealerships. Tire patched within 30 minutes this time around and also oil changed for $39.95 instead of the last time i had it changed was about $129.99 with Valvoline. Great customer service as always and free drinks in the lobby while you wait. Didn’t even have an appointment and they got me right in! Anyone looking to buy a car or even just need maintenance this is the place to go!

One of the oldest car dealerships in Summit County with a beautiful new facility. Great selection. Great parts and service department. Nice people! I have purchased several new and used vehicles here over the years and never been disappointed. My Chevrolet cars and trucks have been incredibly reliable and extremely inexpensive to own, operate, and maintain. This new Impala is an awesome car and top rated in its category.

For my repair here, the headliner had to be removed, or atleast lowered to access the antenna. After the repair I’m experiencing bad wind noise while driving at highway speeds, and also found multiple spots where the headliner was not fully secured. After the repair, a “leak test” was supposedly performed and found satisfactory by the technicians. After the first rain my headliner was soaked. I called the shop to seek further repairs, and it was suggested to me to seal around the antenna with silicon. I’m pretty unhappy. I think the shop should have done a better leak check before handing the car back to me. They would have discovered the leak, and could have offered to seal the antenna with silicon while they had the headliner/antenna removed, and had easier access to do so.

After having a horrible holiday season and beginning of 2018, my car broke down.  Always hating to go to most dealerships,  I decided to try this one.  Well much to our surprise NO pressure.  Bryan was SO nice and helpful.  Found us just what we wanted.  Explained everything in a way we could understand.  Charlie, in the finance dept., was also great.  Made it work for us so we could purchase a new car without worrying about big monthly payments.  This place is people friendly.  We left with a new car and a smile - which was much needed.
