Monday to Friday: free parking for first two hours (something like $.50 an hour after that). But on weekends there doesn't seem to be a charge. Plenty of all-day shade to park in. Easy in, easy out. Has restrooms, but you have to ask for the key at the office. The sign on the restroom door gives you the address for the office and maybe even the hours it's open.

It's excellent for weekend parking, and is keeping pretty clean.. regularly monitored for safety.

A three level parking garage within walk distance of downtown. M-F costs but Sat and Sun are free.

Lots of transients spend time here. The place smells and I would recommend avoiding it at night.
