I wish I could give this location a better review. The doctors and nurses were very nice and helped us get our son feeling better when he had an ear infection. However, we have had nothing but problems since then. We have now received THREE bills from them for the full amount of the visit even though we only have a $15 urgent care copay with our insurance. After we received the first bill, I called to make sure they had the correct ID numbers for our insurance plan and asked them to to submit it again (they claimed that they had the wrong ID number and that was the reason for the incorrect bill). Well...a few weeks later, we received a second bill for the full amount, this one actually stating that our insurance (BCBS) did not cover any portion of it. This time I called Blue Cross. They told me that this was completely untrue and that they had no record of the visit ever being submitted to them. Blue Cross then called them to handle the situation. We were told that the visit was resubmitted, yet a few weeks later we have AGAIN received another bill asking us to pay this visit in full. I don't know what is going on here, but they either have someone who is completely incompetent working their billing department or something is just stuck in their system. Either way, it makes me wonder how many people have been ripped off by this location by paying the full amount without realizing anything was wrong. So fed up!!!

My husband & I were abandoned by our previous doctor. As a former nurse, I was skeptical. After the first visit I was hooked. Rebekah Dunn know's what she's doing! All curtisies are honored. Files are thorough & contiplated over not just by the nurse ( which is appropriate), but by the doctors. Just had the honor of meeting Dr. Bannister. WOW! Intellectually stimulating & thorough! Great bedside manner from the whole team! If I was'nt so crippled this would be the team I would love to work with. Now that I am crippled, this is the team I want working with me! Thanks! Marcella & Stephen Estes.

No Business hours, needed to be there but I didn't want to go and not be open.
