Brought in some boat shoes for repair.  Shoes were not ready when they said they would be ready.  They had 2+ days to repair.  They were supposed to be cleaned and shined.  There was still dirt on the shoes that I could scrape off with my fingers.  When I called the store to express my frustration with the work, I was told that it's not a fast food place.  This was my first and last time.

If you have an expensive leather belt that needs altering, I would not take it to Militello's.  Brought my Versace belt in to have it sized to fit my waistline, and they cut it too short making the belt useless for me.  The person who took my measurements was to blame.   Now I give it to Militello's for making things right and paying for the screw up, but in the end I was out a Versace belt.

I brought in a pair of boots to be repaired, the sole had become loose and was detached from the base of the boot. The repair was affordable and quick, but after a few more months of use, the boot broke again. It could have been the way the boot was manufactured which made it difficult to repair.
