The customer service at this New Balance is the best I’ve ever experienced purchasing new shoes. I was helped every step of the way;) by a young man named Patrick. He listened to all my issues and made incredible suggestions. He answered all my questions so throughly and honestly. Years ago I worked with New Balance’s PR team in nyc and one thing I can say about this brand is they are extremely serious about their product. All those sciencey sounding terms sportswear companies throw around about their fabrics are usually just a bunch of pseudoscience junk but New Balance is serious about it. Love this brand and love their employees. Will absolutely come back!

After taking by my daughter to a local pediatric orthopedic for her back and foot pain, he recommended this New Balance store in particular. We were greeted and helped as soon as we walked in the door by Patrick. I told him we were sent there for insoles for my daughter because she has flat feet. When he asked what product did the doctor say, I could not recall...he then asked if I had any paper work, x-rays or anything like that. I did have pictures and did record what the doctor explained to me, I showed them to Patrick and he knew exactly what she needed. This guy could actually READ an x-ray! I was blown away that I had just walked into a shoe store and the staff was SO knowledgeable and had evidentially been put thru REALLY extensive training! My daughter had been in severe pain for several years due to having flat feet especially now since she is in a marching band. From now on THIS NEW BALANCE STORE is the ONLY place we will go for her shoes. I highly recommend going to see Patrick and the rest of the sales crew here especially if you have flat feet, plantar fasciitis or any other problems with foot pain.

Best customer service I've ever received from a shoe store! Jon, the store owner, is very knowledgeable and loves his job. Would recommend to anyone.
