I went to millpond spa and retreat today and got the hot poultice massage, went in the steam room and got a little brunch! What a gorgeous building with a great view of the lake. The price was so affordable too. It was amazing!!! I can't wait to go back. I am taking every one I know. This mom feels amazing.

It was amazing! I had the works, steam room, sauna, massage, facial and pedicure. Bri was outstanding and the services were top notch!

Best massage experience I have had! I called to book my massage for an aching back, desperate to get in as soon as possible. They had me scheduled for the next morning. I was offered a hot sauna or steam room prior to my massage which I decided to enjoy the hot sauna. Ice water and cold towels were ready by the door of the sauna. Susan then gave me the best 60 minute massage I have ever had. To top it off, a plate of fresh fruit, chocolate, and pastry were waiting for me to enjoy once I was finished. I will certainly be going back and telling others about this hidden gem!

I love the steam room and sauna before the massage. The staff is always friendly and even when I hacked called last minute for a massage, they manage to fit me in.. This is one of my favorite places to go.
