I would have given this 4 stars but based on the location I had to knock one of the stars off. It is located on the perimeter of Fiesta Mall which is a dying mall. This used to be considered a good and safe part of town but that was years ago. Mimi's itself is clean, quiet, and overall and good place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Prices are moderate and the quality of food has been good in the past. The staff and service is good. There can be a wait at the peak of dining hours. Parking is free and plentiful. I would recommend this location to a friend but for dining only. Not to patronize the mall.

Lots of empty tables, party of 7 we waited for over 30 minutes. Apparently poorly staffed. One entire dinning side closed. At least 5 parties waiting when we left. Wonder if the of food is like the service, glad we passed this up.

It was our first time eating at a Mimi's Cafe and I am so happy we did. It's so adorable inside, nice staff, good food and fair prices. They even gave us 2 muffins as a welcome as first time customers. Awesome experience! Will be back soon.

Years ago we went to Mimi's on a regular basis but it is a sad shadow of its former self. Food was very blah and the server didn't seem like she wanted to even be there. We went to dinner to at the one on Alma School and Southern and there was only three or four other diners in there.... I remember when you had the wait outside for a table because they were so popular. Had a buy one get one free coupon but honestly probably won't go back... the food just wasn't that appealing. Sad.

My favorite mimosas spot. Outdoor seating is good and staff is engaging. Food here is good and both breakfast and lunch are offered at brunch :)
