The wife and I went in this evening to have dinner. We were greeted promptly and were seated in about 5 minutes. We placed our order and about 10 minutes later it was brought to us hot and ready to eat. Our waiter checked on us every 5-10 minutes to make sure that we were topped off on drinks and if we needed anything. Can't wait to come back again

We came here for our Christmas work party.  We were told a 30 minute wait, we waited over an hour for a table.  The waiter was sweet, he tried his best.  Took another hour to get our food out, granted, we had a party of 14.  But still.  Three meals of the same dish came out, something was off.  The manager came out to speak with us, told us how the dish was made, that it was supposed to taste like that, and next time we should let them know sooner so they could remake the dish.  Really?  The time before, my plate came out with bristles from the dish scrubber.  There are many places around here that are cheaper and better.  For some reason, this place within the last year has changed.  At least the cheesecake was good!!

Check your bill to make sure it's correct, especially the suggested tip part. They've been suggesting 15%, 18% and 20% gratuity including taxes, which is WRONG. Also, if you split the bill by two or more cards they will still show "suggested gratuity" on top of the whole price, not on top of what you're paying. If someone is distracted, might end up paying much more gratuity than they should. I find this practice quite disgusting by Cheesecake Factory franchise. I hope that if enough people complain, they will correct it.

They have a huge variety of  food selections to choose from. It is sometimes hard to decide what to get. I dont think I have had anything I haven't liked here. From tasty salads, tacos or steaks. Their bread and cheesecake are really good too. Their portions are on the larger side. If you bring kids, they have complimentary fruit for them while you wait. You probably will have to ask your server. Be prepared to wait if you are going during popular times during lunch or dinner.

My family and I waited nearly an hour for our food (and over 20 minutes just to get water) because our server went missing on a Saturday night. We waved down another server called Taylor T. He took our cocktail and food orders. He also delivered our drinks, bread, and even extra water to our table. Afterwards our server came out and she ignored our drink refills and she was rude when we asked her an allergy question about the menu. We waved down Taylor again to ask for more drinks and he was so friendly and quick in getting our drinks even though he wasn't our server.  
The food tasted amazing and came out warm. We loved the Chicken Madeira that was recommended to us. 
The food and cheesecakes were delicious. Our server was horrible and will not be back for service she provided. Taylor T delivered the best service and he was not our server. We are going back just for him next time.
