The restaurant is great. We tried their full course meal combo and the food was delicious. We tried their spinach ravioli, minestrone soup, salad, spaghetti with marinara sauce and chocolate pistachio ice cream. We really enjoyed our food and felt that it was great value for the meal. The internal environment was great for family events, romantic dinner, hanging out with friends and also kid friendly. The menu catered towards both non and vegetarian customers. Will go back again.

While the service was good, the food was not. My mother ordered the pesto chicken,Alfredo penne and later got sick. The salad had a seafood taste to it and I couldn't finish it. The bread was like a brick and we gave up trying to cut it and tried tearing which was messy and a struggle. And while we got the food quickly no one came to check on us or even bothered to get us refills. I do not recommend the old spaghetti factory.

Wanted to celebrate our nephew's celebration of baptism so we made a reservation at The Spaghetti Factory for 6:30 pm. We were not seated until 7pm no complaint we waited as we were a party of 13. What was extremely unacceptable is the fact that I had to go to the hostess TWICE to get someone to our table.  The server comes takes our order walks away not realizing she didn't go around the whole table and missed some of us. We had to go find her, she completes the orders and still no cups for water. Now it's 7:30 pm at this point we ask for the manager who explains they were busy and it's no excuse. That really sounded like you were excusing the service. I work in this industry so don't tell me not one other server could have stopped to ask if we were being helped. By now we ask for our drink bill and the Regional managers number. I'm sorry but as a manager don't tell me that being busy is an acceptable excuse to ignore customers... my husband made it from Quartside to dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings when we left.. never again will I go to The Spaghetti Factory..

Mizithra cheese and browned butter is the best sauce for the dressing. If you get the managers favorite you can get two different sauces. There is salad, bread, and a scoop of ice cream included with the meal!

Awesome portions of good food. A hit or miss staff. Ask to not be seated in the bar for better service.
