We've have been taken care of since day one of renting our storage unit. We initially rented the unit after my husband and i married and combined our homes waiting for our next house to be built. When we placed our current home on the market for sale, the Realtor suggested removing large furniture items to help open up the space. We needed another larger storage unit and Michelle quickly jumped in and figured out how we could save the best amount of money knowing we only needed the additional space for a short period. She has gone above and beyond to ensure our belongings we're stored to our best advantage. She helped with recommendation on packing large items like TVs and personal painting. Would definitely recommend this Extra Space Storage over any in the area. The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable on anything we've asked about! Great experience

I visited this store in an effort to find outside storage for my utility trailers. I was immediately approached by Michelle. She engaged me in conversation and was extremely helpful and warm. Although they didn’t have what I was looking for, she still offered to put me on a waiting list and even checked other store inventory while I waited. I never once felt like I was being “sold.” I spent a lengthy career training Army recruiters to be successful and feel as though I’m somewhat knowledgeable on proper customer engagement. If I had a performance checklist, she surely would have been graded a first time go! She is the reason why I wouldn’t have hesitated to contract a unit with her, if one was available. No where you go you expect great customer service. Well I definitely received great customer from John and Michelle at Extra Space Storage near WEIS. Highly recommended! Stop by today! Oh and storage facilities are clean and well kept!

Such a wonderful person that I've dealt with..... Carol is amazing well versed in the company policies helpful kind and overall simply amazing! I can't ever imagine a better place to store my most precious belongings. Michelle is an outstanding person, she has helped us at every turn in our storage experience!! I give this place 5 stars, units are clean and we'll kept, access is wonderful just a great place!!

All of the people at ExtraSpace storage were incredible polite, kind and helpful. Michelle gave us some great storage tips and answered all of our questions. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. We also got out fisrt month free!
